Our mission is to deliver your handcrafted jewelry as safely and quickly as possible—no matter where you live. Every day, we ship to customers across the globe from our workshops in Turkey and manage all operations from our London-based head office.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on availability.

  • After processing, orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • USA & Canada: 1–4 business days after dispatch

  • Other Countries: 1–5 business days after dispatch
